Can I change or cancel my order?Because each notebook is made to order and personalized, we’re usually unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Production begins shortly after you hit “Place Order.” If you’ve made a mistake or would like to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best, but changes are not guaranteed. If you’ve ordered something in error, you’re welcome to reach out when your order arrives and we’ll see how we can help.

Can I receive a sale price adjustment on a previous purchase?Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer price adjustments on past orders. We appreciate your understanding, especially as many of our pieces are made in small batches.

How are orders shipped?All orders are packed by hand and shipped once payment has cleared. Each notebook is carefully wrapped to help protect it during transit. While we take every precaution to ensure it arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
